Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return under the 14-day cooling-off period, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is also required.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to the item being faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it has been received by SAUNGE.

Where required by applicable EU consumer protection laws, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s) and the cost of the original standard delivery. Any additional charges for expedited or premium shipping services are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All sales are final. Please check carefully before purchasing and make sure you select the correct size and color. Returns or refunds are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at INFO@SAUNGE.COM to arrange a replacement or refund.
