EUROPEAN COUNTRIES 
EU orders under €150 usually have no customs duties, and the checkout price can be final if VAT is included. Orders over €150 may have import fees. Import VAT applies to all orders unless already collected at checkout. Delivery times and fees can vary, check your courier’s site for details. Starting mid-2026, small duties may apply even to low-value parcels.

ORDERS
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. SAUNGE is not liable for orders that are lost, damaged, delayed, or misplaced during transit.

If your shipment is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and initiate an investigation as soon as possible. All orders are shipped with insurance covering at least the value of your order, and the carrier's investigation is typically required before any insurance claim can be processed.

While SAUNGE is happy to assist by providing shipment details and supporting you where possible, we are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or misplacement of parcels once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
